COME LET US REASON TOGETHER

When an  invitation is served, we tend to at times ignore the invitation or honour it. When we honour invitations, the inviter is very pleased, and will appreciate the invitee for honouring his invitation, but when we ignore the invitation the inviter is not pleased. This sometimes, makes us to shy away from the inviter whenever we see him, until we are able to give him substantial reasons why we couldn’t honour his invitation. Hence, when invited next time, we try as much as possible not to fail. This is with regards to man.

What happens when this invitation is from a master to his apprentice and the apprentice turns it down or ignores the invitation? This causes the apprentice to miss work unnecessarily due to fear of his master’s wrath. When the master does not see him for a given period of time, out of the master’s kindness and love, he goes to him. This is exactly what our Lord and Master does at all times. He’s calling us today to come to him. No matter what  the problem has been, what has made us ignore His invitations before. Today He calls… Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD:  though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;  though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. (Is 1:18). He does not want to care what our reasons for not coming before is, He’s inviting us again today. Whatever be the case, are we going to honour his invitation this time or ignore it as usual? Remember, in verse 19 and 20, it says…  If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land: But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword:  for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it. It is only the person who honours an invitation that eats what is served at the occasion. That’s what verse 19 says. He is compassionate and faithful to forgive that’s what He reminds us in…though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow;  though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. It does not matter what your past is, what you have involved yourself in, whom you’ve got along with, what your greatest fear is or what you are passing through right now. Remember he said … Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Brethren, what are you still waiting for? The prodigal son said, “ I will arise, and go to my father”. Let us rise from those sins which beset us and walk up to Him today. He will welcome us and accept us back as His. Today is the appointed time! Tomorrow may be too late!!! Do not procrastinate anymore! God is calling us today! Come now, and let us reason together!!! Are we still going to give excuses? Do not allow the enemy to accuse you of your sins anymore. The Lord does not care what your sins were, He does not care what your predicaments are, He cares only of your decision right now. How ready are you now to welcome Him to reason with you. He said in Rev 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock:  if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.  Waste no time anymore, The Lord is calling.

May the Almighty God give us the grace and enablement to seek Him now and honour His invitation that we may be saved. Amen!

  1. Ꭲhere are, in fact, ѕome destructive factors to freelancing.
One vital level is that when you wߋrk as a contract paгaleցal you will not be eligible for the foгms off benefіts that you would have in working foг a law fiгm oor a non-public attorney.
Ιn ttһe event you reallү feel that succh “perks” as
